Fitness Testing

We can offer you regular fitness tests in a variety of areas and keep track of your progress.

Programme Setting

After the initial induction stage, you can then book a consultation with a member of our qualified team who will tailor a programme to suit your individual needs, whether that be weight loss, improved fitness or tone.

Sauna (@ Kempston & Oasis only)

For a little indulgence and to help you unwind, sit back and relax in the sauna room. The Oasis also has a steam room which is included in an Images @ Oasis membership.

Swimming

Included within your membership is the use of the swimming pool at the facility you are signed up to. So if you fancy a splash after your workout or a change to your gym routine you can opt for a dip in the pool.

Fitness Classes

All fitness classes that the facility offers are also included. Robinson Pool offer a wide range of classes in their purpose built aerobic studio and Kempston Pool and the Oasis offer fitness classes in the water.

Free Bedford Leisure Card

Your Images membership card can be used to gain discounts across other DSD Leisure Sites on admission charges and in the swim shops. In addition your card will entitle you to discounts at with the Bedford Leisure Card Partners.
